We are going to put on snow shoes (we have about 20 pairs of snow shoes) and go for a little hike around Mountain Meadows Park and through the trees.
We will be outdoors and in snow shoes the whole time.
The forecast is cloudy and around -14°C.
That means cubs need to dress warmly:
- jacket + snow pants
- dress in layers: long underwear, regular layers, warm sweater
- hat, mitts, face covering or scarf
- boots and warm socks
- headlight or flashlight
- water bottle and a little snack
- a daypack with the water bottle, snack, mug, and extra mitts would be a good idea
You do not need:
- indoor shoes
- cub books
- dues
We are leaving from the school parking lot and will return to the school parking lot.
